* All orders over £80 will be sent by special delivery and will require a signature. If you would like this service for orders under £80 please specify this during checkout.
** Special delivery orders placed before 1.00pm will be sent the same day and are guaranteed delivery before 1.00pm the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). If a special delivery order is placed after 1.00pm and next day or Saturday delivery is required, please call us on 01442 234400 and in most cases we should be able to deliver in time.
*** Heavy packages weighing more than 2kg will be subject to an additional postal charge. This will be calculated and invoiced after the order has been placed.
Returns
We hand pick and clean our clothes to ensure that the items reach you in fantastic wearable condition. However, due to the nature of Vintage Clothing there may occasionally be small imperfections in the goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do offer full refunds.
If you would like to return an item for a refund you must contact us by email (sales@devoted2vintage.co.uk) stating the order number and reason for returning the item within 7 days of receipt of your order.
However, we cannot issue refunds unless:
- The goods are in the same condition as they were sent to you.
- The original Devoted 2 Vintage tag is still attached.
Customers must provide proof of postage for all returns as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in the post. We can only reimburse return postage costs if the item was not accurately described.
