Returns
We hand pick and clean our clothes to ensure that the items reach you in fantastic wearable condition. However, due to the nature of Vintage Clothing there may occasionally be small imperfections in the goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do offer full refunds. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
However, we cannot issue refunds unless:
- The goods are in the same condition as they were sent to you.
- The original Devoted 2 Vintage tag is still attached.
Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returns as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in the post. We can only reimburse return postage costs if the item was not accurately described.
