Right to Cancellation and Returns Policy – D2V Ltd.
For those customers residing within European Union member states, you have the right to cancel your order up to seven days after ordering your items, or seven days after receiving your chosen items, whichever is the later.
To cancel your order you must contact D2V Ltd. immediately by email; sales@devoted2vintage.co.uk - we will not accept telephone cancellations.
If you decide to cancel your order, after your chosen goods have been delivered to you, then you will be responsible for returning the goods to D2V Ltd. at your own expense.
Throughout the period of cancellation the customer is to retain possession of the items and to take reasonable care of them, on behalf of D2V Ltd.. The goods must be returned to D2V Ltd. with their original clothes tag still attached. You must also take care that the returned goods are not damaged in any way.
Once you have informed D2V Ltd. in writing that you wish to cancel your order, then D2V Ltd. will refund the customer to the value of the goods and shipping (D2V Ltd. to customer), but not the cost of return shipping (customer to D2V Ltd.).
In the case of a customer returning items to D2V Ltd. using our Right to Cancellation and Returns Policy, where the returned item is reported to have been lost in transit, then the customer must provide D2V Ltd. with the proof of postage certificate to enable us to make a claim against Royal Mail / courier / national postal service of country concerned.
