If I order today how quickly will I receive my order?

All orders placed before 1:00pm on a week day are sent the same day. If you are in the UK and select special delivery your order will arrive the next day (excluding weekends).

What if I order something and it is not suitable?

Don't worry, we have a full returns policy, just keep the tamper-proof tag attached and return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

I have seen something that I like but can't find my size.

Contact us with your requirements and we can normally source something similar in your size.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal online. If you would rather pay by bankers draft, cheque or postal order please contact us.

If I order online is it safe?

Yes, all of our card payments are processed on a secure Barclays payment server.

Can I order over the phone?

What countries to you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How can I work out if the item will fit?

Are your items genuine vintage?

Yes, we accurately describe all items and where possible provide the approximate era of manufacture. We are full members of the Vintage Fashion Guild.
