* Most UK items will be delivered within 1-2 days but if you need to guarantee delivery for a particular event we recommend the Special Delivery Service.
** Special delivery orders placed before 1.00pm will be sent the same day and are guaranteed delivery before 1.00pm the next day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Please note that heavy items weighing over 2kg are send by Parcel Force 48 so will take an extra day to arrive. If a special delivery order is placed after 1.00pm and next day or Saturday delivery is required, please call us on 0845 2997633 and in most cases we should be able to deliver in time.
*** Heavy packages weighing more than 2kg will be subject to an additional postal charge. This will be calculated and invoiced after the order has been placed.
